Terms for using Play it FWD.

Play it FWD is a service operated by ROBERTSON INNOVATION GROUP. It provides Team Hubs, fundraising tracking, sponsorship tools and a marketplace experience for youth sports communities. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.

Team managers are responsible for the information they publish, the accuracy of fundraising totals they enter, and ensuring they have permission to upload team logos, photos and other content.

Creating a Team Hub and using its core fundraising-tracking features is free. Teams may choose to pay the stated seasonal activation fee to unlock sponsorship features. Pricing and included features are shown before purchase.

Businesses may sponsor participating teams using the sponsorship levels shown on the platform. During the 2026–27 launch year, Play it FWD applies a 10% platform fee to sponsorships processed through the platform, with the remaining amount attributed to the selected team's fundraising total.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless otherwise stated during checkout or required by applicable law, completed sponsorship purchases are treated as final because sponsorship visibility and team attribution may begin after payment. Contact us promptly if you believe a payment was made in error.

Sponsors are responsible for the accuracy of their business information and for honouring offers they choose to publish. Play it FWD does not guarantee the products, services or promotions of participating businesses.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By uploading or publishing content, you give Play it FWD permission to host, display and use that content as needed to operate and promote the platform and the related Team Hub or sponsorship.

We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features as the platform evolves. We may also remove content or accounts that are fraudulent, unlawful, misleading or harmful to the service or community.

Play it FWD provides software and sponsorship infrastructure. Teams remain responsible for their own fundraising activities, financial records, tax obligations, association requirements and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
